Don't even consider Solutions Recovery, Inc. in Las Vegas, Nevada. I called and spoke with an intake person named Chris about my daughter. Chris claimed to be an understanding graduate from the Solutions program so who would know better about the difficulties and problems of getting an addict to accept help on the first, second or even third go-around? Chris and I even discussed that particular issue in depth.
After my first call on behalf of my daughter, she wasn't willing to enter into any facility. Fast forward a few months and I tried again with my daughter... and Chris. This time, Chris never returned my numerous calls. OK, so he was busy, forgot or preoccupied? A couple of months later my daughter asked me where she could go for help (a real breakthrough) so I called and was told Chris was the only intake specialist. The receptionist said Chris was busy but would call back in 5-10 minutes. I never received a return call after trying multiple times over 2 days. A major opportunity lost in my eyes. Two months later (and currently) I went through the call process asking for anyone to call me back and again zero response.
No matter how good the physical facility this place doesn't seem to care about anything other than the quick buck. If they were true professionals they would know how many times it can take to get an addict into a program. Get them in and the insurance billed must be their motto. And if you don't believe me call and ask for help and you'll get fast talking say anything to get them in Chris. Don't be fooled by his slick demeanor and seemingly caring attitude. Don't waste your time if you're trying to get help for a friend or loved one because if they don't get them through the doors immediately they (Solutions Recovery, Inc.) won't bother to waste their time any longer.
The actions of Chris and staff speaks volumes about Solutions Recovery, Inc. and their true lack of commitment to helping addicts. You can put as much money into a facility to make it look good. Hire slick sales people to make it sound good. But when it comes right down to it, it's the heart of the staff and management that makes for a good rehabilitation facility. Solutions Recovery appears to have a heart made of money.
