I wish I could give you "0" stars....and that's being generous. The cleaning is fine...the customer service is HORRIBLE. We agreed on a price of $109.00 every two weeks. When they first came it was like a service call when your appliance breaks "we will be there anywhere between 8 and 12." Seriously? I waited around until 12:15 and nobody showed so I left my house assuming they're not going to show. I get a call around 12:30 saying they're running a little bit late. Don't you think you should have called me BEFORE the window you provided expired? They finally show at 1:30 and stay their allotted 3 hours. I get a charge on my credit card for $142. Dianne who runs their "sales" said they would credit it back on the next time. Not only did she not credit it back but they charged me the $109.00 TWICE the next time. Two weeks ago I called her to make sure they were going to put it back on my card. She apologized for the inconvenience and said it would be back on my card in 5 days. It's been well over 5 days. Had to call the bank to dispute the charges and cancel my card so these scum bags can't take anymore money they didn't earn.
In addition to this, they're closed on the 4th of July which is completely fine. I get an email from the owner on Monday to reschedule my appointment. I responded and ask that he please cancel any further service. He must really care about his business and customers because he decided not to respond at all. All these people did is waste my time. Take your money elsewhere.
