  • I've had 4 Amazon deliveries sent with Ontrac. 2 said they were delivered but the package was nowhere to be found and the other 3 are still "Out For Delivery". One being a package that was due today. The last one, still out for delivery, was due in February. That's 4 packages that never showed up. Begged Amazon to ship with any other carrier other than Ontrac. Offered to pay more for shipping even though I'm a Prime member but was told that they have no control over how the order is shipped. This most recent time I think I may have gotten a call from someone but the message was mumbled and when I called back the person didn't speak any English at all. HATE HATE HATE this company!!
