  • Had no problems as a preferred member. That said, having to wait 40 minutes in a line of 150 people to take a bus 3 miles away to the car rental location was highly inefficient and frustrating. There were arguments and near fist fights as the line for the car rental bus was unorganized so people would enter the line in four different places.
