  • Mike was great in answering questions, returning calls and confirming dates and times multiple times. I gave 3 stars because I asked the guy who dropped off the jumper if the wind would've been an issue. He said no but will put some water barrels out to keep the jumper down. I think the guy misplaced the water barrels and put them too far back because a gust of wind picked up the jumper and it went airborne. Luckily a couple of the dads were near by and were able to pull it back down and there were no kids in the jumper at the time. I'd also recommend everyone to double check the chairs before your party guests sits on them because 1 chair broke while someone was in it.
