  • WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! This is my first time getting a car so I was a little nervous. DOMINIC helped me, he lied about several stuff. He told me he could lease a 2017 at a low price even went as far as to tell me his managers approved. When I went to go sign his manager told me Dominic did not go and have it approved. Kia needs to train their associates better !!! They gave me a 2016 instead with a little higher monthly pay that original. They never showed me the interior of the car until I got it, which when I saw it was not that one I wanted. NOW I'm stuck with it for the next 3 years . You could tell the manager just wanted to get me out the door. Although Rachel was a very kind girl she tried to make me feel better a appreciate it. Also the finance guy he was sweet too.
