This place is quaint and the pastries are to die for. However, the customer service drags this place down. The girls were gossiping and gave us rude looks when we only wanted one mini pastry each. They didn't place the mini pastries on a plate or a napkin, they just gave it to our hands... then a girl walked in while we were waiting for our coffee and tea, and she was like, "so, that's it?" Very rudely. I said no we are waiting for our tea and coffee. It seemed like we inconvenienced her life somehow. I honestly wanted to give the mini pastries back and walk out of the store right there and then. I just couldn't deal with how rude this girl was being. After we paid another girl told us to go take a seat and that they'll bring our tea and coffee out.
It took them quite a while to bring the tea and coffee. Not only did they take forever, the waitress spilled the coffee all over the plate underneath the coffee, and she was like "I spilled your coffee, oh well" and put the coffee and tea down at our table. She should have taken the coffee in and cleaned it up and brought it back and apologized.
The place is beautiful, however, it is ruined due to the lack of customer service.
