Went in for a 3:15 appointment and waited 30 minutes before finding out it would be another 20-25 until my stylist was ready. I was initially told the stylist would be right with me. I left with nothing to show but an apology. I received a phone call from the owner offering to make the situation right. I believe each client should be given a stylist's best when in the chair but wished I had been notified before wasting an hour of my day. I appreciated the owner calling to reconcile the situation and hope my future appointment proves that first impressions aren't always right.
