Initially gave them 1 star due to a bad sales rep.
A friend of mine just put a down payment for a vehicle last week. This week she finds out that they made her purchase a used vehicle and not a brand new one, which was what she thought she was paying for. The sales rep did all the paperwork and brought it back and asked her to sign the bottom without reviewing the details. They gave her the impression that they were trying to get rid of the 2016 vehicles since the 2017 is coming out. She did not expect it to be a 2016 used vehicle.
I changed the 1 star to 4 stars as the manager was able to fix the error caused by the sales rep. The manager was friendly. He remembered who we were and agreed that there was a 'miscommunication'. He was able to resolve it by finding us a brand new vehicle that was exactly the same as what was initially requested but not used. Thank you Ken!
