Update 5/10:
Sadly our baby lovebird passed away on Monday we have no idea what happened and we are devastated.
We called the owner and told her about our loss and she said come back in and that she had another, already weened, baby we could have.
She was so understanding of our loss and sympathized with us.
The new baby we got is a peach faced lovebird who we both love. The one that passed was truly the sweetest most loving bird ever who will forever be missed.
Great little gem of a place. They have lots of toys, cages, food and of course alittle of different breeds of birds. We called them enquiring about a baby cockatiel and they were just as nice on the phone as in person. They lady working today was so nice and patient with us. She even took us to a side room and showed us the baby pudgies, cockatiels and love birds. They were not ready to go home unless you're fine hand feeding them for another week. We instantly fell in love with a violet blue lovebird. It came to the front of the cage(obviously to get fed) but it meant it was friendly with humans and you could tell it had a great personality. After 10 minutes of questions we ended up taking the little one home It copied all our whistles on the way home, already perching on our fingers without any hesitation to jump and is now letting us pet its neck.
Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hand fed bird.
