I emailed about a private booking for Dart of War and was given great information with a list of available time slots. I informed the staff of my preferred booking, but needed to get back to them on the number of people (since the deposit amount is based on #s). The staff said they would gladly hold the booking, yet when I called to make the booking less than 24 hours later, they "accidentally" gave my time slot away. This is UNACCEPTABLE customer service, especially when you are trying to book for a group of 15 people. After having coordinated logistics with my entire party, I had to inform them that Battle Sports gave the booking away.
