  • I have been going to this vet for almost 3 years because of the reasonable prices. However, the last few times there have been bad experiences and I don't know who Dr Koroknai is because I've only ever been dealt with by Dr Elahi. I took my dog in because he had a limp and the last 3 times I went the doctor was very unclear with me about what was going on. He spoke in terms I couldn't understand and I had no idea really what my options were afterwards. I ended up going back for X-rays and then Dr Elahi called me over the phone to tell me there were multiple problems with my dog. When I went in to pick him up I was very upset and crying and the dr just kept going on about all these medical terms I could not understand and showed no compassion whatsoever. Didn't say my dog is okay or anything to that effect he Just pretty much told me worst case scenario in many ways. I left feeling terrible and worried sick about my dog and I'm never going back. Not to mention I've never seen any of the staff be friendly with my dog. Also my dog is deathly afraid of that place and shakes uncontrollably everytime we go. Also on the day he went in for X-rays they told me to drop him off at 8 am and then when I called at 130 to check what was going on they told me he hadn't even been given anesthetic or X-rays yet so basically he was just waiting there alone and scared for no reason for at least 5 hours. Not impressed in fact I'm pretty traumatized and will never ever go back.
