Enrolled our daughter in the pre-K program during the 2011-12 school year. Staff misplaced her in the preceding class until I started questioning the lack of curriculum late in the year. Upon identifying and admitting to the mistake management lied by implying the curriculum between for age groups was the same (contradicted by the instructor). Despite fault, management was unwilling to discuss any option for reduced tuition throughout the remaining of the summer for catch up in preparation for Kindergarten and refused to provide the name of upper management to appeal that decision.
In retrospect their program was a day care. 2.5 hours of each day was allocated for naps and afternoons were spent watching movies. On numerous occasions @ drop off my daughter would be left standing alone by herself in the play area as the instructors made no effort to help her socialize. I considered removing her from the program over those incidences alone.
Would not recommend. Per my own experience and recommendations of other parents there are better options in the area.
