  • This review started for Bucchanal Buffet but yelp wanted me to cut it short. This review is for the pre-experience getting to Bucchanal. We all know the "strip" is busy at night but when you enter mass chaos making that right turn into Caesars Palace entrance, that's a warning sign to the highest! With such a huge property the most lanes available are 2?!!! In some areas I turns to one lane, wtf! You should have seen the line of taxi cabs which hog up one of the two lane roads. Very similar to ca I505! If your lucky enough or smart to get to the front you will be turned away by the valet unless you are checking in. However the valet guys don't tell you this immediately. So what they do is look around, mingle with each other and occasionally walk to the cars waiting to valet and give them the bad news. Second warning, crappy service! I ended up having to make a u turn in the very small rotunda and forcing my way out of the hectic intersection (where cars and taxis are trying to enter and exit onto the strip). If you survived you find you way to Caesars self parking garage. This is probably the best part because this is a massive garage (at least the length if a football field if not more)! There are open slots somewhere. I got lucky and found a spot on the 3rd level but the reason why was I was at the furthest end of the garage which is furthest away from their elevators into the casino lol! So now I'm in the casino and first thing you'll notice is the stench of cigarette smoke. Now I know smoking is legal in NV but the good hotels (NYNY, Cosmo, Aria, Palazzo, Venetian, Wynn, etc) try to mask it with a fresh scent or have top of the line air vents to suck up the smoke smell. Strike 3!!! Caesars did a great job in placing a gaming machine in every nook and cranny of this building so it's takes a good bit of maneuvering to work your way through the casino while avoiding to run into the thousands of people. Many high end restaurants on the main level. Very nice food court with lots of seating a food selections. After a few minutes of walking I noticed I was in the registration area of the hotel which is towards their night club Omnia. Lost? Kinda. No signs to Bucchanal! Looked and skimmed around but no signs until I saw a very small plain looking sign that said "buffet". WTF! This is the supposedly top rank buffet but can't have a prestigious sign of showing pride & direction?
