  • Good, not great. For starters, the place needs some cheer. It is very dark inside and kind of drab. Add some lighting and it would be more inviting. We came for a late lunch and spent $40 easily excluding tip, so a little pricey for lunch. The okra is very tasty- light and not overly greasy. Kids meal options are slim, but you get good portions. The dessert looked good, but did not want to hit $50 for, again, lunchtime. Despite our server being over assigned to multiple tables, she did a pretty good job. On a few instances, we had to remind her of a missing item/request. We would go back, but not a weekly type of place for the costs.
