Bad experience . I have nothing but good experiences with Globe in the past but on my most recent vacation I had the most awful experience with them. I called for pick up at 11:20pm and after being past by three times I called back and was told to move down to a different door( door 8) and I could get picked up there. Well I moved down there waited as two more shuttles passed me by called back again and was told to go to my original door(door 2) for pick up where I was the only passenger waiting out there at now 12:45am and I got passed by yet again!! I finally got picked up somewhere in the neighborhood of 1am after waiting for an hour and a half and when I returned to my car I see that they charged me for an additional day!!!!! Seriously!!! Needless to say I will be using another parking company the next time I fly.
