  • This is the absolutely the worst Panera...ever! They always, always, always get my order wrong. They're completely inefficient. The manager is nice & apologetic but the next time, mistake again. It's almost appalling...but now it's expected. If I didn't work so close, have a short lunch, and pick up for other co-workers, I'd never return.
