  • Worse experience ever. Phone conversation got me to drive an extra 40 miles. I looked at the Explorer and the only thing I wanted was my 2 hours of wasted time back. Then followed up with a manager then a top manager I believe his name Jon ? Was more insulting and bigger waste if my time. He actually mimicked me on my phone and said I have to understand how they make profit . They promise you the best deal and I said the on line price was a lot less. Then he said he did not know that I seen that. There are 242 reviews on Yelp that they don't disclose. I should of went to Yelp first so shame on me. Read those hidden reviews for laughs
