  • I moved to Vegas in July with my two daughters. I feel truly blessed to have stumbled upon this complex. The ONLY thing that would make it better is if It were gated; however, that is not necessary because there is ALWAYS security walking OR riding around. Not only is security visible, when coming in at night with groceries/bags- they will patiently wait until you have secured all of your belongings and retreated into your apartment. THAT alone is awesome! I was worried that my children would get bored living in an apartment- was I wrong! They provide movie nights, kid olympics, bagged breakfast in the mornings, bingo, holiday crafts, and the list goes on. The message board for residents is AWESOME. Neighbors have swapped household items, recipes, moving boxes- you name It. The front staff knows EVERYONE by name AND unit number. Maintenance is ridiculously quick. I put in a work order and he was literally at my door within 10 minutes. They are always friendly. Even when not repairing something - you can always expect a smile or a wave as they hurry to their next job. I haven't had any complaints and I am very happy that I chose this complex.
