  • Seriously do not work with subcontractor for Sprint. Customer service was an absolute nightmare. During my conversations with the sale reps recieved 3 different explanations of how Sprint was going to pay off my contract. That should have been the first sign. The manager Joey told my wife that Sprint would pay up to $650 per line to get us out of our Verizon contract. We even explained to him that we were leasing our phones. Joey said that we had nothing to worry about and that Sprint would pay them off. After a 3 hour tour with Joey and his untrained sales team I should have walked away but at this point our Verizon number were supposed to be ported over to Sprint or at least I thought. Apparently the sale reps couldn't even get that right. While waiting I recieved a phone call from Sprint asking if I was trying to import my numbers from Verizon. I explained the experience that i was having with the reps and not even an I'm sorry for your experience surfaced. Come to find out the rep imported incorrect numbers because he couldn't read his own handwriting and imported number with 6's instead of 0's. I need two phones and thensecond one was on order and sippise to be in on Monday. Now it's Thursday and Joey the manager is not returned my calls. I think is avoiding me so i went to the store today to see if the second phone was in and the truth surfaced. Joey tells me that Sprint is not going to buy out my phone lease and if I cancelled I would not be refunded my activation fee. I was past the 3 day cancelation period. In the contract it 14 days. After I reminded him of our conversation he then admitted remembering something like that only because I reminded him it was his idea to sale the second phone and chalked it up to a miss communication. I have since asked for his superior and have received the run around. Joey gave me an email for his manager of course the email was undeliverable. I'm gladly going take the loss at this point to stop this experience from getting any worse. I wish I could have given this experience a negative 5-star rating. I'm very unhappy and wish I never attempted to make the switch. Tomorrow I will go back to Verizon and return the one of two phones I was promised to Sprint.
