  • For the store: 5 stars. *limited inventory but shopping online using the in-store feature makes a trip to this spot a success every time. I dont go to REI to shop. I need a "tool," I go buy it. Wanted to treat myself to some new yoga gear on a whim. Was able to see the in-store options and trot down to the District at lunch to grab what I wanted. Was able to help myself as store is organized and clean. No line. Fast through the checkout. Mat and towel: excellent. Bag: compliments on compliments. For REI Corporate: 4 stars. Changed the return REI member return policy from forever to 1 year. I inderstand, because I've seen people return items that were threadbare and get new. Not defective, straight up worn out. So, I get it, but still...one star off.
