  • I have owned many, many cars and have bought all of them through dealers. I generally run screaming when I hear the name 'Earnhardt'. However, this time was the BEST experience I have ever had purchasing a car. My salesman, Robert, drove the car out to my house in Peoria for a test drive. He gave me clear and concise numbers with and without my trade. I showed up to the dealer on his day off, had another awesome guy named Paul help me out, the finance guy Derek got me a lower rate than I was already prequal for AND they gave me a better price on my trade than originally quoted. To boot, they are fixing some chips in the paint (it was a used QX56, not a Cadillac) and gave me a schwag bag of goodies. Overall, I am still checking in the garage to see if it is real and not a dream. Nice job guys.
