  • Below average for an HIX. Their internet connection (wired and wireless) is slower than molasses in January! My iPhone 3G is much faster. Frustrating. The microwave in my room was ancient... the kind you don't want to stand too close to. A couple of times I had to let the brown water from my sink faucet clear up before I could use it. Kind of gross when brushing my teeth. Ran out of hot water in the shower on my last morning there. On the plus side, I got upgraded to a suite and both rooms had very nice flat screen TVs. They did a good job of keeping the walks and parking lot cleared of the snow that came down for three days.
