  • Very disappointed with the delivery service. No delivery is guaranteed! I had purchased an arrangement 3 days ago to be delivered today by 11:30 a.m. as my wife works half day. They stated they would make every effort possible, 11 a.m. came and my order was still at the shop. I never recieved any communication stating they could not deliver. I had to leave work, pick up the order, and deliver myself, yet i get an email stating my order was delivered successfully, WTH?????Anytime you order from this company you take a risk for non-delivery. I think this is very unprofessional. Will never order from any Edible Arrangements location again, if you want a sure delivery go to 1800flowers, never had an issue with them . Feeling disgusted!!!
