  • First Of all, Make sure you count how many items you bring in there. My bf and I usually just bring a few things but we just got back from a trip so he brought bunch of stuff in and didn't count how many items that he had. I didn't really check all stuff until a few days later and realized they didn't return my la fiorentina fur scarf. My bf called them and they said he only brought in one scarf instead of 2. Second, I bought a pair of pants and didn't realize it was dirty and had some white stuff inside so I gave them to him to dry clean. The pants came back exactly the same like they didn't do anything. Last, I wish they would've warned us how much they would charge for a leather jacket. I understand it's harder/ more expensive to do them but at least tell ur client how much it would cost instead of a nice surprise when they charged $100 for 2 leather jackets.
