I have been going to this gym for about 6 months and I love it. I have used multiple gyms over the past 6 years or so. If you are looking to actually work out and not be part of a fashion show this place makes a lot of sense.
It does get busy between 4 and 6pm but the rest of the day it usually has less then 8 people working out at a time. This place is small and doesn't have a pool or the facilities of a larger gym but it has really saved me a lot of time of not having to deal with the overhead of a larger gym. (waiting for machines, parking, walking all over the place to get to different machines).
There are no roided out spandex meatheads flexing into the mirrors and moaning while you workout.. The owner really went for a chill laid-back environment and that is exactly how it feels to me. They have ipod/ipad hook ups on the tread mills so you can play video while you jog. They leave the remotes for the TVs around so you can put on whatever you want (within reason). There is no contract so if you don't like it you can just quit and not have to deal with the hassle of some of the other places. They provide free towels (unlike lvac). They give you this little key fob thing which lets you come in at night as their workers are only there during the day which feels kind of cool.
There are tanning beds and private showers and restrooms. The place is kept very very clean, it feels like someone is almost constantly cleaning in there during the day. This isn't the right gym for everyone but it is very convenient and laid back, while providing all the equipment necessary to reach most fitness goals.
