  • The ramen here is LIT! I used to think Monta was the best ramen place in Vegas, but after coming to Jinya, my mind has changed! Whenever I go to Jinya, I get the tonkotsu black ramen, which is my favorite ramen dish on the menu. The broth has the right flavor to it, the egg is on point, and the pork is always a hit! I also like how this ramen dish comes with thin noodles since I like thin noodles. Also, if you ever come in the evenings, Adam is an amazing server! Whenever he serves my table, he gives wonderful and welcoming service and is never afraid to give recommendations. I definitely recommend this place for your ramen cravings!
