  • Plan on waiting an hour every time you go, no matter how sick you are. Overcrowded waiting room. Staff not that friendly or helpful. Dr. Karlovsky may be a good surgeon, but he is arrogant, in a hurry, even forgets why patients are there. It is my opinion that my husband suffered for over a year due to poor quality of care and lack of concern.
