I went to the spa 6 weeks ago for a day of pampering (some of the treatments were good and others were just okay). Well I was overcharged and notified them within a few minutes after they ran my card that they had overcharged me. I was told that since they already ran my card, that they would issue me a refund within 2 weeks. I've checked my card numerous times and called 3 times about this and am told the accounting department is processing my refund and that someone will call me back. No one ever calls me back and now I have to keep checking up on them to get my money back. Completely unprofessional and I won't ever waste my time or money going there again. I'm also going to file a formal complaint if they don't issue my refund immediately.
