  • ** For people stuck attempting to work with them now, one solution I did find was going through the national Real Property Management office. The one and only time I received a phone call from the LV office was after I called the national office and expressed my concerns, and I encourage everyone else to do the same. The more transparent the poor management at this office is, the better the national office can address it. The website to the nation-wide office is http://www.realpropertymgt.com/."" I echo the sentiments and experiences of the previous reviews. Communication here is not just awful, it's almost non-existent. In general, you have to follow up repeatedly on all your own requests or issues. Do not expect an actual response initiated by the office, you will just have to keep calling and following up and hope that eventually you get what you need, that is if you can reach a human on the phone! I've called several times and had no one answer but been put straight to hold, only to realize after several minutes no one was going to pick up. We did move into the home, but were also misled to believe that any issues would be addressed before the move in- and no one had even stepped foot in the house prior to our move-in day. On my move-in day, when I was given the wrong keys, I stood outside the home in the cold and called the maintenance hotline after being unable to reach anyone in the office, and it must have been embarrassing for them to have to tell me that they too (at 1040am) couldn't seem to find anyone in the office. I could go on and on about the nightmares I experienced during the move-in process, but this review would never end. Bottom line, don't take anyone's word, wait until you can see it and/or it is in writing on something official, then still follow up and see that it's actually done. Better yet, just avoid the properties under this "management" all together. ** For people stuck attempting to work with them now, one solution I did find was going through the national Real Property Management office.
