I feel bad about my initial review of Tu Casa. I didn't bash them, but I wasn't thrilled, either.
Look, the long and short of it is I was treated with respect and courtesy. I was frustrated with my car and unfortunately, due to imminent closing time, they couldn't get to it they day I took it.
The owner of the establishment reached out to me after my initial Yelp review and offered me some free services due to my poor experience, to which I say, "My experience wasn't poor."
This level of follow up and customer service is what you should look for in a garage. I do not hesitate to recommend anyone getting service done here.
