  • I don't know what everyone complains about, i have been living here for 2 years and i absolutely love it. My apartment faces the pool and large trees, it really feels like an oasis where i live. My neighbors are great !!! they are quiet and we all respect each other. The apartment inside is absolutely gorgeous and nicely renovated and the price is amazing for what you get !! Nothing negative i have to say about this place, i feel the people complaining just have really bad luck with life. So read this review and know this is a really amazing apartment complex. April Ron and Carie at the front desk ALWAYS i mean ALWAYS are so happy and smiling. They make my husband and I feel very welcomed and they would do anything to go out of are way to make us happy and accommodate to us . The maintenance here is 24 hours, so if you have anything that goes wrong in the middle of the night, ( like A/C stops) they will come within the 20 mins and fix it for you. I have not had any Break ins or my Car has not been broken into. Its safe.. Thanks for everything Renassiance!
