  • I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Arnold and ALL of the staff at Spring Harbor. We brought our little yorkie in this morning to have his teeth cleaned and get a few teeth pulled, however he ended up needing a fulll mouth tooth extraction. Dr. Arnold was so great at keeping us informed with changes in cost and more importantly, kept us informed about our baby. In fact, I called in the afternoon to check-in on him fully expecting the receptionist to pull his chart and give me a "he's in recovery doing ok" type answer; instead within about 30 seconds I was handed over to Dr. Arnold for an update! BY FAR the most personable vet I have EVER been to! They even gave him a bath before we picked him up! There are no words to describe how pleased we were with this entire experience. They were fabulous at making not only our dog feel comfortable, but also made us feel extrememly comfortable with the situation. Their prices were EXTREMELY reasonable also. HUGE thank you to Dr. Arnold, and all of the staff at Spring Harbor!
