  • Rates are too high and they are such a stickler on the time. Not only did they raise their rates but they took some things out. My child got hurt ( blood involved) by their equipment and no refund or anything. We missed out 20 mins. Although the manager was friendly I just thought they should have done more . Ridiculous. I paid 20$ for my kid to get hurt . She was in the small kid area in the tower.
