I had some major work needed on my 2015 Harley CVO Glide for engine work (blown) and aesthetic upgrades. This was my first encounter with Vince the service advisor and after all my repairs were done he will be my only go to guy. Vince took care of me thru the whole process, and offered his advice and expertise which was amazing. More importantly no matter how busy he was when I showed up or called he always took the time with me I needed to reassure me that everything was going to be handled with upmost care. Vince has a customer service driven attitude which is very rare in this world. Always treating me, and every customer he deals with like they are the most important person in the world. Red Rock Harley is extremely lucky to have this man working on their team! He is an attribute to the dealership!
I would also like to thank Matt the service manager for the time he spent with me to go over whatever concerns or questions I had in regards to my repairs.
Last but definitely not least was Will the master technician that did all repairs on my bike including putting a warrantied complete new engine in. He has a skill better than any tech I have dealt with on the Harley side of life. He made my bike look sick with all the cosmetic upgrades I had done as well!
This dealership from service, sales, parts, and apparel know how to treat their customers right. They totally get it! Without us (the customer) their is no business and they act as such. Always pleasant to my wife and I whenever we step in the doors and ready to help with whatever our needs are. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for anything having to do with Harley.
