| - My first appointment was great, only waited for a few minutes before being takin back, time spent in the office was only a hour, plus I got a full physical, So everything was good over all. My partner goes here and told me to expect the rude customer service. We are in customer service as we are flight attendants and if you want customers to come back you treat them with respect and are not rude to them. They took my blood and then sent it to the wrong lab, which was not covered by my insurance and I got a bill for $500 for blood work, I called the insurance company and they said that the lab was not covered, I called the Drs office and they said that they sent it to the wrong lab. Said that they would contact the right lab and inform then they had to pay my lab bill, still waiting on that. I have been trying to get my HIV preventative medicine for 3 weeks, I called catamaran and they said the Dr needed to call a number to answer a few questions, I took the number and called Dr phillips clinic and was told that my insurance company was being lazy and that they needed to fax a form over for them to fill out. Luckily Catamaran was nice when I called back and said that they would fax a form to them, but suggested I change Drs. So on the hunt again. Good Customer service is so easy to provide, and can make everyone have a great day.
