  • Wow - I have lived in Seattle for half my life and know what Starbucks started as and this lady here isn't Starbucks customer service at all. LORIE- didn't greet me,instead was rude when trying to pay for items and talked to me as if I was a dog or animal. Store manager or corporate needs to address this a s a p.
