rev:text	Although I did not use their services, but I think this company is worth writing a review about. About 2 weeks ago, my water heater simply stopped working and deeded replacement, and I sent several messages to plumbers on yelp asking for quotes. Justin, the owner, responded immediately and provided a phone number to call and schedule a time to come and look at the work site and what water heater is needed and give me a quote. Believe me when I say it, he was one of 2 plumbing company owners who actually set up time and came to give a free quote. I sent messages to over 10 companies, 1 didn't even bother to respond, 2 responded the next day, and Justin actually responded and came out and gave a quote. Most plumbers give you prices without even looking, then when they're at the site, the price jumps up claiming that the heater is on a high ground, piping is complex etc... but not with Justin and Allegiance plumbing. He came is, inspected the sight and gave an exact quote on what price it will be and what will be replaced. In fact not only his service is good, his price was competitive, unfortunately I am on a budget and had to go with another company that offered somewhat of a better deal. I know a company is good when their initial communication and speed of response is good. Justin showed genuine desire to help, by coming in and giving detailed information and a quote before starting the job. Thanks Justin and sorry we were not able to do business, but I can assure you you'll be on my list of people to contact when I need plumbing services.
