The owner basically said nothing I stated was true. He ignored all of my comments and said that they did everything correctly. This business is a circus and a joke. Below is their response.

We reviewed the service, and spoke with the Matt the barber.
Matt stated that there were no razor cuts with the service, and if there were razor cuts he would have used the Nick Powder.
Matt stated that he may have looked at the TV while changing tools through the service, but that the service wasn't delayed at any time due to the television.
It also appears that the complimentary hot towel was used accordingly with the service.
We apologize that the service didn't meet your expectations. We strive to meet all clients expectations, and Matt is a highly experienced barber. Please let us know if you would like to try a different barber at this location for a complimentary service please let us know.
