We made a service appointment for my wife's Jeep Wrangler after the service light indicated an issue with a thermostat.
My wife dropped the Jeep off at 7:00 am for her early morning appointment and when she called later in the day to check on it, she was told that they hadn't had a chance to look at the vehicle.
The Jeep ended up sitting there for a whole day with no repairs and low and behold on day two, the vehicle sat for yet a 2nd day with no repairs.
When my wife inquired as to what the issue was, she was told that they didn't have the technician available to repair her Jeep.
Suffice it to say she just reclaimed her Jeep and left in disgust at the new low level of customer service that this Chrysler Jeep dealership exhibits.
This is the 2nd issue we've had with this dealership and it boggles the mind how they stay in business.
As long time Jeep owners, we'll be taking our money elsewhere from now on. We'll also be reaching out to Jeep Inc. and social media to share our experiences and save others the grief of associating with AutoNation
