  • Judging by review, they have their issues...but my experience was positive. I'll break the review into two pieces, because I rated them quite differently... Front desk: Two stars. I agree with most of the reviews. Not a friendly bunch. Not very personable. I was standing at the window for a few minutes when the young lady walked straight up to me, looked down at the desk, pivoted and walked away. A simple "I'll be right with you" would have been great. I won't nit pik much further, but she should not be the face of the business. Back room: Outstanding service. We were walk-ins mid-afternoon for custom air casts for my 90 year old mother's two broken ankles. (Kinda important.) George M. (a certified Orthotist and clearly journeyman level) was kind and patient. Once he started the job, he stayed well after hours to get the fit right. Thank you, George. He even called grandma the next day to check on her. Very nice touch. Above and beyond. Much appreciated. The front desk has problems, but the back room (what really counts) more than made up for their shortcomings.
