  • I have been a member of AFCU for over a year or so and I am SO impressed with their customer service. I don't have a nearby branch, so I often use the co-op share with TruWest who are great when I need them, I just take my AFCU acct number and can deposit and withdraw. I had an experience where I needed the funds immediately and called AFCU customer service and they were able to talk to me professionally and get it released right away. I freaking love this bank. I know that sometimes customer service can be a bit of a wait but it's never longer than 5 mins to get a hold of someone. When I have had suspicious account transactions, I've called and gotten overdraft fees reversed and alleviated stress of the inconvenience. Not only has their customer service helped me several times, they are never rude and never short with me and always go the extra mile to make sure I have what I need. I am truly sorry for the people giving this bank a low review because the experiences I've had are generally positive at the end of the day. Thank you for being there for me!
