  • I stopped by this new place for a smoothie before class. With the construction, it's hard to find them, but luckily they are connected to Hello Bistro, so the ambiance and floor plan carries over. The menu options are great and I really enjoyed all of the flavor combos. I stuck with a simple fruit smoothie, Sunset on 5th. It was delicious, of course. My only complaints are that the employees didn't seem interested in helping me find a drink flavor. It would've been a great learning experience, if they had been. Also, after my smoothie was poured, they drank the remainders from the blender...right in front of me. It seemed really strange.
