  • PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT make the same mistake that I made and allow these SCAMS into your home. They quoted me a price of $99 and like the many other victims that wrote reviews on Yelp they haggled about the price and tried to charge me over $400 to clean 3 rooms and 15 stairs! They said it would cost extra to use the chemicals that are necessary to clean my 2 year old carpet that was in great shape until they came in and flooded and ruined my carpets!! The tech assured me my carpets would be dry in 4-6 hours which was a lie! I had to shut my air off in 106 degree weather and blast fans on my carpet and it still took over 40 hours for the carpets to finally dry! Now my carpets feel rough and stiff and are no longer soft like they felt before I got this service done. I have left messages to speak with a Manager with no return call after 4 days I called again and spoke with a very rude woman who did nothing to resolve the problem, she had an attitude with me and wasn't the slightest bit concerned about the service I received. I have gotten my carpets shampooed at least 40 times and have never had an experience like this. I will be reporting these scammers to the BBB and am also filing a suit in small claims court for the damage they did to my carpets. I hope this review saves any future victims from getting coned by these rip off artists!
