I've shop here very frequently and haven't had a bad experience yet. As I walk around the store and looking at things I know my wife won't let me get (primarily TVs), I'm approached by polite staff members asking if I had any questions or if I required assistance.
Recently I was up for my upgrade for my phone and decided to get the iPhone X. I preordered the iPhone X online and picked it up at the store on release day. It was such a quick and painless process. Granted I set up the phone myself because I prefer to do it myself. I literally walked in the store, showed them the email receipt, got the phone and walked out. The whole process took about 5 minutes.
The only thing I would say that is a con is their customer support over the phone. I've only used it once and may have just been this one day, but I was on hold waiting for someone to answer for about 10 minutes. Other than that, in store service is great.
