| - Looking to buy a Kia? GO DIRECTLY TO RODEO KIA!!! This dealership not only provides very reasonable prices, but is head & shoulders above other valley dealerships when it comes to customer service and literally making the process enjoyable & fun. This is a long review, but they are so amazing that I just must provide the details... We had been to two other valley dealerships, the first which paid absolutely no attention to what you were looking for and the second whose strong arm approach left a very bad taste in our mouths.... Then we found Rodeo Kia. It all starting with us having the very good fortune of getting an eQuote on one of their cars and getting connected with Jeremy Smith Morales... what a great guy! We were helping a family member look for a car; Jeremy & my husband corresponded back and forth via emails, texts, and phone calls laying the ground work for the car our family member was looking for. Jeremy's level of customer service & communication is stellar! He took the time to listen first and gather information so he could do the leg work on his end to see what cars fell into the category we were looking for and what kind of deal he could offer us. The price was so reasonable and there was no hidden or grossly inflated charges like we had seen at other dealerships. Our family member, because of her schedule, wasn't able to get to the dealership until evening. and then of course there was a storm & nasty traffic on the 10... so she didn't arrive until about 8 pm & they close at 9. Jeremy stayed late to ensure he was there when she arrived. He had the various options for her to look over detailed, printed & ready to go! Had the 3 different vehicles that fell into her range pulled up front & ready for her to look at. When she arrived and looked over the paperwork, she was excited to see that the packages Jeremy had pulled together for her, put her dream car within reach... I was sitting there in shock at how painless this process was going... not only that, it was actually FUN & ENJOYABLE. Jeremy is professional, knowledgeable, kind, attentive and he totally blew us away; were we dreaming??? We were after all buying a car and yet somehow it was exciting and fun!! Jeremy is an incredible sales person and he just 'gets' how to work with people.. he's simply the best! So, now our family member has made her decision & it's time to go back to the office to meet another employee that handles signing the paperwork & going over extended warranties... my husband & I looked at each other and thought... okay, here we go.... Now we'll be dealing with the hard-sell guy.... We went into Joe's Hernandez's office and much to our surprise & delight Joe was also caring, kind, great sense of humor & provided outstanding customer service. He presented the additional warranty options but in a professional impartial way... simply the facts, what each warranty package included and the value of what it could provide for a new car owner. There was not a single bit of arm-twisting. Honestly it was another fun experience signing the paperwork, who knew!!!! Then we go out to the front counter to wrap things up; by now the dealership is closed but every single person in there was just doing their jobs and no one made us feel bad for keeping them late... INCLUDING the very sweet woman (and I am so sorry I did not get her name!) at the front desk. Whoever manages this dealership is doing on incredible job; they have built a team of top-notch employees who respect and help one another... it's so obvious when you walk in... it's comfortable and pleasant; most dealerships make you want to turn & run away as fast as you can... but not Rodeo Kia... honestly I can say was the best customer service we have EVER had when buying cars. This dealership is AMAZING, OUTSTANDING, CAR BUYING THE WAY IT SHOULD BE!!!! Wow, all I can say is I wish every dealership set the bar as high as Rodeo Kia for making the car buying experience actually (and I'm NOT kidding) ENJOYABLE again. Jeremey, thank you again for getting us such a great deal; it really was fun and if we are in the market for a Kia in the future you can be certain we will be contacting you.
