  • Paid for a highlight and cut and they aren't exactly the cheapest. Highlight is ok a few chunks of hair were completely missed and she barely trimmed my hair. Asked for layers and to have my face framed. A picture of me from the night before my hair cut and right after my haircut and only change was the color. I was crying when I checked out I was so upset and disappointed. Left message for a manger and no return call. Now I have to pay for another haircut to actually get my haircut. Won't be back
