My family bought a groupon awhile back probably like 2 years ago in the summer. I thought I posted a review back then but I realize it didn't post. I am only doing this review right now because I finally found the company name again.
We called in to make an appointment and the person who answer the phone was really friendly and helpful. The person who came out to check our AC was on time and super friendly. Don't know his name. He noticed something wrong with our AC and brought over what was wrong to show us. The he called someone in to give us a quote to fix it. They said we had to get a completely new system. Since the quote was so high we had to confirm with my parents since they lived in another state. We said we will call the company back if our parents agree. The tech said he was going to plug that part he showed us back into the AC. Later on we found out HE DID NOT! Keep in mind this was during the summer time. The AC completely stop working and we couldn't figure out why. My parent called in someone else to check on it and he notified that the last person who checked it just left the part there and didn't plug it back in. Once he did the AC was fixed right away. He also found something else wrong but it was a easy fix instead of replacing the whole unit. What I don't understand is if you unplug something wouldn't you put it back how it was originally. I would understand if he accidentally plug it in wrong but he didn't even do that.
I just wanted give my two cents on what happen to me since the summer is coming up now. Also I would not want this to happen to anyone else. I know this has been awhile, but I just want everyone to know to be careful and follow up before the tech leaves. Also turn on your AC before he leaves to check. I hope their service is a lot better now.
