rev:text	I purchased a car here and had a great experience with the salesperson Mike. Unfortunately that's where the good experience ended. The finance manager Josh scammed an extended warranty on me and told me it was in addition to the factory warranty that existed on the used car. Unfortunately he lied and it started immediately and was essentially not useful while the factory warranty existed so I bought a VERY high priced 2 year warranty instead of a 4 year warranty. In this dealership anything the sales person says is believed, so according to the mll, manager there's no way Josh said the wrong thing. Just not possible. I also called 4x in a week to speak with Josh because the financing actually never got processed and a month later I was without a financing company to make a payment to. Josh took a week to return my phone call, only to point blame to the company - not possibly himself. When asked why Josh didn't call back earlier than 5 days he then lied and said he called. Again, management only believes Josh despite my call record showing he never called. At no point did anyone bother to apologize for any of the errors, try to make anything right, etc. They got their sale and couldn't care less about return business! Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere, which is unfortunate because individuals here could be decent, but if the manager is such a slimeball, then anything goes and unless you have the conversations recorded, they don't believe it ever happened.
