  • Bought this torch and it never worked from day one, now I've wasted $15 because they won't refund or exchange it and they won't stand behind their product that they sell that's very bad customer service and a very poor way of doing business I called to try and rectify this matter and the lady said it was out of her control that it's the owners rules so guess what I'll never be back in this place again if the owner can't provide better customer service
